美国FCC认证
FCC是美国联邦通信委员会（Federal Communication Commission）的缩写，美国联邦通信委员会是监管实体，其根据美国联邦法典（Code of Federal Regulations）对无线电设备进行监管。
FCC有两种不同的设备授权审批程序 – 认证（Certification）和供应商的符合性声明（Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity – SDoC）。不同的产品根据功能不同，适用于一种或多种审批程序。
认证（Certification）是最严格的RF设备审批流程，适用于最有可能对无线电服务造成有害干扰的产品。它是由TCB评估责任方（例如制造商或进口商）向TCB提交的支持文档和测试数据，从而颁发的设备授权。TCB是指FCC认可的电信认证机构（ Telecommunication Certification Body）。认证程序的产品测试需要在FCC认可的认可测试实验室进行。
符合性声明（SDoC）是要求产品质量负责人确保设备符合相应的技术标准的程序。责任方无需向委员会或TCB提交设备授权申请即可完成符合性声明，但是责任方或进口商（经销商）必须根据委员会的要求提供测试报告和其他证明符合规则的信息。SDoC是替代之前的Verification和DoC，在2018年11月2日起正式实施。
按照法规要求，需要使用认证程序批准蓄意发射设备intentional radiator (transmitter) ，使用SDoC程序批准非蓄意发射设备Unintentional radiators (digital circuitry)。通俗的说，即是无线产品适用于申请Certification，其他的电子产品适用于SDoC。
依据CFR（联邦法典），常见非蓄意发射设备适用的FCC程序见下表*：

选择SDoC程序的产品，可以选择把FCC标志印在产品标签上，印刷时需要确保比例不变；同时，应当确保合规声明（compliance statements）在产品Label上。
对产品说明书，法规也有标识要求：对于CLASS A和CLASS B的数字设备，法规要求应当有警告语提示用户，具体如下：

If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: —Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. —Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. —Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. —Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. |
注意事项
1：Certification的测试必须在FCC认可的实验室进行。
2：选择Certification认证程序的产品，E-label是可被接受的。
3：SDoC的责任方必须是美国注册的实体。
4：SDoC适用范围内的产品，也可以选择使用认证程序；但认证管控范围的产品，只能选择认证程序。
