2025年4月14日，欧洲标准化委员会（CEN）批准了EN 17826:2025《儿童护理用品 - 化学危害 - 要求》 (Child care articles - Chemical hazards - Requirements)标准。该标准预期将被《欧盟通用产品安全法规》（GPSR，2023/988/EU）引用为协调标准，以确保相关儿童护理产品符合GPSR的基本安全规则，不对消费者造成伤害。

EN 17826标准管控14类儿童护理产品中的7类化学物质：特定元素迁移、磷系阻燃剂、芳香胺、致敏芳香剂、甲醛、多环芳烃，以及甲酰胺。

3. 婴儿背带和儿童背带 Baby carriers and child carriers

4. 婴儿车 Pushchairs and prams)

5. 手提婴儿床及支架 Carry cots, baby nests and carry cot stands

6. 浴盆和洗澡用具 Bath tubs and bathing aids

7. 摇篮和婴儿秋千 Reclined cradles and infant swings

8. 椅上座椅 Chair mounted seats

9. 桌边座椅 Table mounted chairs

10. 自行车儿童座椅 Childs seats for bicycle

11. 婴儿摇椅 Baby bouncers

12. 儿童安全带和缰绳 Children's harnesses and reins

13. 婴儿学步车 Baby walking frames

14. 换衣台 Changing units

EN 17826标准不适用于已经建立了相关化学危害要求的CEN标准的儿童护理产品，如： 

EN 12586:2025 安抚奶嘴固定器 Child care articles - Soother holder - Safety requirements and test methods；  

EN 14350:2020+A1:2023 儿童饮用设备 Child care articles - Drinking equipment - Safety requirements and test methods；  

EN 14372:2004 儿童餐具和喂食器具 Child use and care articles - Cutlery and feeding utensils - Safety requirements and tests 。
